Job Description:
You’ll work within our cross-functional team to assist in creating products from concept to realisation and produce Bikewear, Running and Softgoods designs that advance Scott’s design image, product performance and innovation. You will also present concept solutions to product briefs and collaborate with our team to ensure design feasibility.
 
 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in ideation, sketching and visual presentation, as well as possessing outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities must be performed under fast-paced conditions, and so the candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize. The ideal candidate is a biker (mountain & road), runner, skier and/or snowboarder.
 
 
We expect:
- Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, ideation, colour and proportions, visual presentation and layout
- Familiarity with contemporary sports and fashion culture and trends is a plus
- Proficiency with PhotoShop Illustrator
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Fluent in English and German or French
