Podium for Desalle and Tixier
Third and last ‘oversea’ Grand Prix this season, the Brazilian round of the FIM Motocross World Championship has been dominated by the factory KTM riders, as both Jeffrey Herlings and Antonio Cairoli claimed another win. Strong second place for Clement Desalle in the MX1 class, and third position in the MX2 for Jordi Tixier.

After working hard throughout the three day Tour of Chongming Island Hitec Products fell an agonizing one-second short of claiming the overall title, however the team’s sprinter Chloe Hosking claimed the race’s Green points classification.

Fourth podium this season for Desalle

Clement Desalle got his fourth podium of the season in the MX1 Grand Prix of Portugal, and remains one of the main rivals of Cairoli and Paulin, who were again on the podium this weekend, at the same places than two weeks ago in Bulgaria. In the MX2 class Jordi Tixier narrowly misses the podium but remains second in the standings.
