The Integrated Polyamide frame molded inside the EPS liner (partially molded on Fuga) provides extra strength and integrity to the helmet without compromising the weight.

ConeHead™ is the developmental codename for a revolutionary new way to mold EPS foam for helmets. The new ConeHead™ acts like a crumple zone around the head to absorb and dissipate impact forces more effectively than current hard foam liners. There are two different densities of foam as well as two different foams with their own characteristics of recovery from impact and inter-foam bond strength.

The Micro Rotary Adjustment System (M-R.A.S) offers unparalleled adjustment, comfort, and stability. Using an automatic lock system, helmet fit is held securely in both directions. The M-R.A.S Fit System is built on a flexible structure, providing added comfort during use.

The fusion process between the Microshell and the helmet’s EPS liner ensure performance in terms of impact resistant for a lighter and more ventilated helmet.

Webbing straps attach directly to the in-molded frame, keeping the external surface of the helmet clear of anchor points. This design helps reduce tangling and the clean design improves aerodynamic performance.
