SCOTT Athletes Dominate the 250 East Class in Atlanta

In last weekend’s race SCOTT Sports and our 250 east Team Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki athletes secured every win in the class. Saturday night started with rookie sensation, Cianciarulo, finishing in the number one qualifying spot. His teammates, Blake Baggett and Martin Davalos, each won their heat races. AC was forced to qualify through the LCQ but was able to manage a win and secure a spot in the main event.

 Adam Cianciarulo

The main event began with Adam taking the holeshot before being passed by Martin Davalos. Davalos would eventually win the race, the first win of his nine year career. Cianciarulo finished in 2nd place maintaining his position as series points leader, while Baggett managed to come back from last place to finish 5th. This is now four wins in a row in the 250 class for SCOTT athletes, and the 4th different winner. Dean Wilson, Justin Hill, Adam Cianciarulo and now Martin Davalos have all seen race wins in the last four weeks. Matt Lemoine bounced back from a rough start in the 250 east and was able to finish inside the top 10 with a 9th place performance. Andrew Short produced another consistent performance with a 10th place finish in the 450 main. The Supercross series rolls on as it moves into Indianapolis for round 9.
