Being introduced to mountain biking in 1999 was pretty much the best thing that has happened in my life. This sport has given me great friends and great focus. Participating in racing has driven me to achieve high levels of fitness and technical skill. I have also enjoyed many travels at races, training camps and have spent awesome days riding with friends!

I can look back on 15 years of mountain bike racing in many different categories. I started in 2000 with local XC races and by 2004 I was completing in XC World Cups. By 2009 I realized I was spending more of the off season on my DH bike, so since then I have been focused on DH racing.

I am very lucky to live in the Swiss Prealps where I have access to plenty of amazing technical trails for XC and Enduro riding. When it comes to DH, I am also very fortunate to have the Portes Du Soleil, and many train and cable car accessed DH trails within an hour's drive of my home. Living in Switzerland has really helped me develop my riding and has given me many many great days on the bike.

All of my riding and racing has set me up perfectly for Enduro. I feel the mix of fitness and technical skills required for success in Enduro suits me very well and this has given me a lot of motivation for the 2015 season.

I am absolutely delighted to be joining the Scott SR Suntour team, it is a dream come true!
