Stu Air is an ultra-runner from Wilmslow in the UK, not the normal habitat for a mountain endurance athlete. Since discovering his love of running in the French Alps Stu has had to be creative in his approach to training in order to be able to compete on the world stage. 2013 was a break-through year for this 25 year old in his first competitive forays into the world or ultra-distance running. In this video Stu shares his background, his love of running and showcases some of the stunning scenery that the Peak District holds for runners and outdoor enthusiasts which is just a stone's throw from urban hubs Manchester and Sheffield in the north of England.
