Frédéric Tranchand and Arnaud Bonin on the podium at Ergysport Trail du Ventoux

The Ergysport Trail du Ventoux 2022 marks the first stop of the Golden Trail Series in France and is a qualifying race for the European Trail Running Championships. As such, many of the best trail runners from the country stood at the starting line on Sunday, March 13th, 2022.
Due to wind and snowfall during the race it was a challenging first race according to Fred Tranchand. But he managed to stay in the leading group and crossed the finish line 2nd only 3mins behind the winner. Behind him, SCOTT France athlete, Arnaud Bonin, secured the 3rd position, completing the podium.
Congratulations to Fred and the SCOTT France team on the amazing performance to kick-off the trail season! You showed everyone, that the black and yellow team is ready to attack!
