With top riders like Thomas Lofkvist, Heinrich Haussler and Swiss Johann Tschopp, the goal of IAM Cycling is to compete at Tour de France as well as to be invited for Paris-Nice, Paris-Roubaix, the Dauphiné and all Flandrian and Ardennes Classics for the coming season. With the support of its fans, the team and its sports management are dedicated to help their highly motivated riders grow.

Team Owner Michel Thétaz, a businessman based in Geneva who is passionate about the sport, is fighting for a "new" type of cycling. This is symbolized not only by the adhering to the MPCC movement, which is committing to stricter anti-doping rules, but also to the partnership with the “Hopitaux Universitaires de Genève”.

IAM Cycling has hired experienced technicians: Sports Manager Serge Beucherie, Marcello Albasini - former U23 Swiss National Team - as well as former national champions Eddy Seigneur and Kjell Carlstrom, plus sports director Rubens Bertogliati from Switzerland.

The impressive 7 million euro budget of the team allows them to realistically dream about being part of the 18 World Tour teams as soon as next year.

The project of Michel Thétaz has now become reality: a high quality road team with a strong background and partners, others can only dream of.
