Dirt Session 2008

On April 20, the T-Mobile Extreme Playground opened the new season. 28 of the world's best BMX and mountain bike riders turned the soldout Power Centre in Duisburg, Germany into an unforgettable, top venue.
English rider Lance Mc Dermott (SCOTT rider) and the American star Paul Bassagoita had an exciting duel. The favorite from the UK showed a front flip on the third double of the dirt course. But his U.S. rival trumped him with a unique 360°  at the beginning of the first drop. For that he was rewarded and finished first.

In the BMX Dirt Jump, the U.S. star Ryan Nyquist was the winner. He competed with Australian Ryan Guettler to win a hard-fought title.
