Rebeaud Podiums at X-Fighters Texas

The Red Bull X-Fighters stormed into Texas in front of 22,000 screaming fans who laid witness to the first ever double back flip in competition. The 3rd round of the Red Bull X-Fighters displayed massive action on a massive moto playground; 4,200 m³ of dirt was used to create this Texas sized course comprising 15 different kickers launching riders 15 meters into the air and 40 meters across the arena.
Scott rider Mat Rebeaud launched a solid defense of his 2008 X-Fighters victory in Texas.
After Cameron Sinclair threw 2 double back flips he was too injured to continue and Mat Rebeaud once again jumped his way to the final.
Rebeaud laid down a perfect final run against Nate Adams, an American rider who was definitely receiving tremendous support on US dirt.
In the end, Rebeaud took home the #2 spot on the podium and secured a solid hold on 2nd place in the overall Red Bull X-Fighters world tour. Mat is the only rider to podium at all three X-Fighters contests this season (Mexico, Calgary, Forth Worth).
The X-Fighters tour has 2 remaining rounds in Madrid and London. Rebeaud's X-Fighters consistency could lead him to his 2nd consecutive X-Fighters title.
