Softgoods Marketing Coordinator
In this position you will join the international Marketing Team, the focus is on bike, and wintersport and running softgoods marketing. In this role you will support the marketing manager in the development, coordination and execution of the global softgoods marketing strategy.
Tasks:
- Development, creation and coordination of communication and advertising campaigns
- Coordination and execution of print product and image catalogues
- Planning and execution of media campaigns (online and print)
- Execute marketing strategies and programs according to the global guidelines
- Organize and participate in international meetings, product launches, and events
- Communicate frequently with the US and other key markets
- Create PR content, product placements and working with special interest media
- Text writing for online and print communication tools
- Organize and structure daily marketing support and services for distributors, costumers and media requests
We expect:
- Education in Marketing, Communication or a related field and 2+ years of experience in action sports industry and/or public relations for a brand
- High affinity and know-how of the sport market and softgoods products
- Strong communication and interaction skills
- Experience in project management
- Creative skills to develop new marketing and communication campaigns
- Team player
- Personal interest in Running, Wintersport and Biking
- Willing to travel
- First language English or German, business fluent in English and German or French

Junior Product Manager Optics
An opportunity to join an enthusiastic, creative and international team working on goggle and sunglass design and development for a number of markets. Your role is to assist the design, development and production of Winter and Motorsport goggles, and sport and fashion sunglasses.
Tasks:
- Assist in developing our Optics segment
- Develop and maintain relevant market data
- Assist in developing new product opportunities
- Support definition of product requirements and sampling of the new collection
- Create line lists and spec packages for suppliers
- Coordinate leaflet and packaging requirements
- Establish procedure documentation for distributors and customers
We expect:
- Experience in consumer brands and Product Management
- Knowledge of plastics and optical materials is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
- Forward thinking, with a view of the broader picture
- Willingness to travel
- Active use of the products
- MS Office and Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a must, knowledge of SAP is a plus

Eastern Regional Sales Manager - Bike
Scott-Sports is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time position of Eastern Regional Sales Manager, Bicycle Division.
Job Description:
Scott-Sports is looking to add a highly motivated Sales Manager to manage all sales activities on the East Coast in the Bicycle Market. This person is directly responsible for managing and leading a team of Sales Reps for sales of SCOTT Bicycle products. The position requires the ability to build and maintain new and existing account relationships, and to drive bike products.
This position reports to The National Sales Manager
Primary Job Duties:
- - Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Responsible for the performance and development of East Coast Sales Rep group
- Assist reps in the development of territory plans to maximize revenue
- Run weekly and monthly sales reports and track quarterly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by Sales Reps
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Contribute to planning the marketing and sales tools, merchandising, displays, and event schedule
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Regular travel to accounts, trade shows, and sales meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the Bicycle Industry and show success in achieving sales growth
- Must have experience in the Bicycle industry and be familiar with IBD (Independent Bicycle Dealer) strategies
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced excel expertise a must
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
