Athlete talk

What is your all-time favourite riding destination?

I basically love any new place I get to discover by bike, but if I have to choose one, I'll say the Arctic and riding under the midnight sun.

What are you excited about with your partnership with SCOTT?

I’m excited to work with SCOTT, a brand who let’s athletes be who they are and share their stoke in their own way.

What does "No Shortcuts" mean to you?

Determination - we all struggle with different things and No Shortcuts means to me that you’re standing up for yourself and making your own way instead of following the beaten path.

What do you get up to when you’re not out riding?

If I’m not riding I’m most likely snowboarding, surfing or trail running. I love moving my body in different ways.

Outside of cycling, where do you draw inspiration from?

From stories of all kinds.

You’re stranded on a desert island. What three things would you want with you?

Surfboard, fishing hook and a friend.

If you could put up a billboard to be seen by countless people every day, what would you put on it?

A picture that would make people pause for a second, to look around, breathe, feel and smile at the beauty they can find around them.
