Tasks:
• Product development
  - Lead the technical development of the products with the Product Managers, Designers and

    factories on products such as Helmets, Protection and Optics
  - Research and definition of technical solutions in accordance with the production processes

    and the target of the products
  - Coordinate and follow the 3D modeling phase
  - Coordinate and follow the industrialization of the products and the production with the suppliers
• Technology and processes
  - Qualitative and quantitative optimization of the production processes in our factories
  - Assessment and coaching of existing suppliers
• Technologies, materials
  - Advise Product Manager regarding materials, applications and new technologies
  - Research of new materials and process for the different product ranges
• Standards
  - Control of the observance of SCOTT relevant technical norms
  - Appreciation of own quality standards and those applied by suppliers

We expect:
• Engineer Degree (University or Technological School)
• Established knowhow concerning use, application and processing of Plastic, composite

  materials
• 2 years experience in the sport and/or consumer goods industry
• Strong user knowledge of 3D software, experience in „Pro-Engineer“ is an advantage
• Willingness to travel
• Strong communication / interaction skills
• Fluent in English
• Very good German or French skills

Tasks:

Product Manager Casualwear

Product Manager Casualwear

In this position you will support the SCOTT PM team with the creation, development and production of the new introduced Casualwear collection.

Tasks:
- Research the market for upcoming trends, needs and key price points
- Maintain an up to date insight of the global Casualwear & Sportswear market
- Contribute to the creation and management of the Sportswear development calendar
- Define the seasonal line plan, including key styles, target prices and market positioning
- Manage the seasonal line plan and fabric summary
- Communicate with the PM’s of technical winter and summer activities the overall seasonal

  story and ensure the ability to cross merchandise by category
- Responsible for design brief, tech pack creation, product development, fittings and the

  communication of product updates to all relevant parties
- Cooperate closely with the QC department in order to meet the SCOTT standards for quality

  and reliability
- Manage the allocation and viability of manufacturer
- Maintain a professional and efficient communication with our manufacturing resources
- Provide the marketing department and sales force with key information in a timely and clear

  manner
- Prepare presentation tools and information with the related parties for the International Sales

  as well intermediate meetings and present the Casualwear collection during international

  sales meeting

We expect:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent with experience within apparel development, design or

  product management within a sports and/or fashion environment
- Knowledge of fabrics, textile technology and clothing production processes
- Understanding and experience of sports and/or fashion brands from a development and/or

  commercial perspective
- Project management and time-line management skills
- Creative drive and enthusiasm for innovation
- English business fluent and very good knowledge of German or French
- PC Computer literate, with efficient use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and associated programs.

  The basic handling of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

In this position you will join the international bike marketing team and take responsibility for the development, coordination and execution of the E-Bike and Urban bike marketing strategy.

Tasks:
- Development, creation and coordination of the advertising campaign
- Coordination and execution of print products and image catalogues
- Planning and execution of media campaigns (online and print)
- Create and execute marketing strategies and programs for E-bikes
- Organize and support international meetings, product launches, and events
- Communicate frequently key markets for E-bikes and Urban transportation
- Create PR content, product placements and working with special interest media
- Text writing for online and print communication tools
- Organize and structure daily marketing support and services for distributors, costumers and

  media requests
- Coordination of partnerships and cooperation with partners and other industries.
- Create an e-bike test and promotion program for retail and end consumers. 

We expect:
- Education in Marketing or a related field and 3+ years of experience in bike industry and/or

  public relations for a brand
