SCOTT Contessa Riding Day in Tegernsee

Sunshine and positive vibes have been the key elements of the 2013 SCOTT Contessa Riding Days!

For the first time this year, all 5 Contessa Team riders (Annette, Lisa, Fien, Karen and Kathrin) were back together to guide the 34 participants through the test-tour. The start was in Gmund at the Tegernsee in Germany, where every girl received some help from the very professional guys from SCOTT dealer BERGZEIT. Max Diezemann from SCOTT was also on hand with 16 test bikes.

A welcome cappuccino and nice pastries on the sunny terrace at BERGZEIT put everyone in a good mood. After that, test bikes were distributed to the girls. Due to their new wheel size, the most popular bikes were the Contessa Genius and the Genius 720. The Contessas guided the participants through 3 different tours for advanced as well as beginners. To enable everyone to get the best out of this day, we organized a small workshop in which the girls could ask all of their technical questions about 27.5” wheels or about the TwinLoc system.

At the end of the day, we all enjoyed a bit of shade and cool drinks around the BBQ. Thanks to Christian, Markus, Florian and Stefan for looking after the riders’ well-being, not only on the trails but also on the terrace! The SCOTT lounge on the roof-terrace also provided a nice view on the shopping opportunities.

All in all, the great location and successful riding day led to lots of happy faces!
