The Michelin-starred Jean Sulpice is the chef of the Auberge du Père Bise located at Tailloires, on the Lake of Annecy.


Jean places particular attention to the selection of the products he uses in his kitchen, as they all come from local suppliers. His connection with nature and the outdoors is revealed also through his love for bikes, and e-bikes that he uses to move around his local area.
