We will inspire you to overcome your fears and build courage and confidence.

We will provide transportation from the airport to your luxury wine estate hotel in Paarl. You can enjoy lunch in one of Laborie’s restaurants. At our meet and greet, you will have a bike set up followed by a chat about the week ahead and a short meander through the vineyards. Our first day will conclude with a delicious welcome dinner at Laborie.

After breakfast in the Stoep Restaurant, we will a have skills session, focusing on body position & balance and tips on how to ride switchbacks down safely and with flow. Our ride starts from the hotel up to the vineyards into the Paarl nature reserve, stopping at a picnic area for lunch. Our ride continues onto neighbouring farms, taking us on a full loop back to where we started.

This is a really interesting ride, keeping you on your toes, surprises around each corner. Single tracks, gravel roads, beautiful views and exhilarating downhills.

We will finish the day with a sundowner on Flat Rock before we have a pizza and salad dinner at Cucina di Giovanni at Laborie.

  • 30 km, 900 m elevation

We will start our day with breakfast in the Stoep Restaurant. Our shuttle will take us to Jonkershoek, Stellenbosch. Our skills session will focus on riding switchbacks up and line choice on technical terrain. We will cycle on a network of world-class MTB trails and gravel roads with breath-taking scenery of mountain fynbos.

Jonkershoek offers single track for all riding levels, from easy-flowing single trails to advanced technical Downhill and Enduro lines.

The Lanzerac Wine Estate will host us for lunch and you will have the afternoon to explore the trendy University town of Stellenbosch. We will transfer back to Laborie in the late afternoon for wine tasting and a three-course dinner at the Stoep restaurant.

After breakfast, we will cycle to Plaisir de Merle where we will get our caffeine kick. Our skills session will focus on technical climbing and cornering.

We will ascend the exhilarating climbing trail and traverse towards Boschendal Wine farm. We’ll head along the river trail to the Banhoek Conservancy where we will have lots of fun and flow on these trails, before we ride back to Laborie.

We will start our day with a 20-minute Pilates session, followed by breakfast in the Stoep Restaurant.

This is a day off the bike. You have two options: A walk from Muizenberg along the catwalk to swim in the beautiful St James tidal pool. After your swim, you can change in the colourful bathing booths. We head out to Simon’s Town, the home of our naval base and enjoy a picnic lunch on the beach with the locals (penguins).

Or you can do a shopping excursion to the V&A Waterfront. Our shuttle will take us back to dinner at Laborie.

We will ride the scenic and fun trails of Eden, Mont Marie and Dornier. A highlight of the day will be the G-Spot trail: a stunning track with fun berms and jumps to ride. G-spot is home to some of the area’s most hotly contested strava segments. People from all over the world come to train in this remarkable environment that the Western Cape has to offer, and with some of the country’s best single track on offer, it’s no wonder they keep coming back.
