Judith Arndt won the new look Women's Tour of Flanders outsprinting Kristin Armstrong (Team USA). The German outkicked the American in the final 350 meters to give GreenEDGE its first World Cup win in the third race of the eight race series.
At the 17th edition of the Xtreme Verbier the top-level athletes put on their highest game in front of more than 8500 spectators. On the infamous north face of the Bec des Rosses the athletes were challenged by a 500 meter steep, rocky, and technical face, testing even the very best.
This years FIS Freestyle Junior World Championships are taking place in Valmalenco, Italy. With over 350 athletes from 27 nations across the continents competing in these championships, the Junior Worlds are a true testament to the growth of Freestyle Skiing.
