5 ways the scott community inspired us in 2025

15 12月 2025

This year has truly been one for the books. From outstanding athlete performances to the simplicity of sharing the trails with more of the SCOTT community, 2025 will be a year to remember!

And if you weren’t there to witness it all, here’s your chance to pause, look back, and get inspired by the achievements that shaped our year… before we step into a new one filled with fresh connections, new stories, and even bigger lines to draw…

1. Mădălina Florea Crowned Champion of the Golden Trail World Series

In 2025, we welcomed Mădălina Florea into our SCOTT team, a moment that marked the start of an exciting new chapter.

Her focus this season was the prestigious Golden Trail World Series, a long journey of races, preparation, and unwavering discipline. It demanded everything, physically and mentally, to stay in the lead for the whole season.

Through it all, Mădălina remained consistent, determined, and deeply inspiring. Her overall series win of the 2025 Golden Trail Series reminded us what it means to fight, to hold on, and to turn every line into a story worth telling.

2. THE PRIVILEGE OF GETTING TO KNOW YOU – THE RUN EXPERIENCE TOUR

This year marked the very first SCOTT Run Experience Tour: 33 stops across 6 countries to meet you, run with you, and share moments that truly matter.

From one stop to the next, we loved hearing your stories and spending time on the trails together. With every step, every run, every conversation, you inspired us - strengthening the heart of our community and watching it grow, one stride at a time, setting the pace for next year. Thank You for being part of it, see you all again in 2026!

3. MORE THAN A TEAM MOMENT – ULTRAKS 2025

Among all the moments spent seeking deeper connection this year, one stood out for all of us: the time we shared together with the SCOTT Athlete and Ambassador Team at Ultraks 2025. Connecting with our athletes, exchanging insights on products, preparing for race day and sharing crewing moments, safe to say we left it all out on the trails of Zermatt – here’s to the SCOTT family!

4. WHEN DEDICATION BECOMES INSPIRATION

Speaking of connection, performances were another way our brilliant team of athletes inspired us this year. From smaller local races to the UTMB finals, they gave everything they had, showing the world what true grit looks like. And nothing set the tone quite like Anne-Lise Rousset’s victory at Transvulcania one of the standout achievements of our season.

From there, the momentum only grew. Gautier battled through one of the toughest UTMB races (TDS), finishing second; Iris Pessey secured an incredible 3rd place at OCC despite a broken rib; and Chloé Margot took a strong 2nd place at the Mountain Race by Ultraks, a race that Anne-Lise Rousset won. And that’s far from all, through countless other standout moments, our athletes showed us what resilience and dedication truly mean.

And for the last word, this season held something even more meaningful: it marked Anne-Lise’s final year of racing. We couldn’t be prouder to have walked this journey with her... and to stand alongside such an inspiring team of athletes.

5. A STORY OF STRENGTH THAT DESERVES THE FINAL WORD

And finally, a story that left a mark on us, a story of resilience, fight, and unwavering determination.

Just ask yourself: what would you do if someone told you to stop running because your body could no longer keep up?

SCOTT Ambassador Ellie Cookson chose not to give up. She chose to fight for what she loves most; running. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis following four years of undiagnosed REDs, she kept pushing forward, committed to healing and to chasing her dreams.

Through a long journey of resilience, acceptance, learning, and celebrating “little wins” Ellie made her return to racing this year, even gracing the podium at the Dolomiti Extreme Trail this year.

Chapeau Ellie.

Let’s be honest, there were far too many inspiring moments this year to name them all. But what will remain in our memories are the connections we created, and the privilege of being inspired by the SCOTT Community.
