When the trail turns downhill you need control, comfort and precision - you get all three from our new AM grips. Scientifically engineered with real world rider pressure data, we looked at where your hands sit on the grip, what your looking to do in terms of control when pushing your bike through corners and what we can add to your experience. All mountain riders tend to ride a more relaxed position than XC riders and the grip is tailored for this with an extended loading area across the top of the grip and special allowance made for your middle finger which takes a lot of pressure. Multiple rubber densities, control chevrons and an ergonomic profile to hit the absolute sweet spot of comfort and control. Take our top endurance orientated saddle, the Tofino R and add the latest in carbon molding to get the SL (Super Light) version. This kind of technology usually costs twice the price and gives half the comfort. Don't take our word for it though, just take a look at the bike of Nino Schurter! The regular Tofino saddle will fit the majority of riders, marked by a more upright position, seated more towards the middle to back of the saddle. These riders sit primarily on the sit bones and therefore the wider part of the saddle. The Tofino 1.0 features carbon fibre rails for the lightest weight. The Channel version aims for larger contact area with the goal is to reduce pressure spots while still allowing contact with the saddle. Developed in conjunction with world renowned bike fit company Gebiomized, this saddle has been designed to offer the maximum tailored bike fit solution for an off the peg saddle.
