The latest Contessa Riding Day took place on Saturday, the 12th of June in Tegernsee, Germany. 26 women had the chance to test SCOTT’s newest bikes, including the Genius, Genius LT and Spark on some world class trails with Contessa Team members Fien, Andi, Kathrin, and Karen Eller.
One week after Sebastian Kienle won the IM European Championships in Frankfurt (GER) aboard a brand new Triathlon bike, SCOTT officially releases its new Triathlon and TT line-up which is comprised of two brand new frame platforms.
On his 30th birthday, Sebastian Kienle won the European Championships in Frankfurt to take his first major long distance title in a course record time of 7:55:14.
3 weeks from the European Championships in Frankfurt, Sebastian Kienle dominated Challenge Kraichgau and won with a 6 minute margin over his closest competitors.
With the fastest bike split of the day Marino Vanhoenacker came close to the win at the half-distance race in St. Pölten (Austria). With only a few kilometers to go, he was caught by Spaniard Eneko Llanos who recorded the fastest run split of the day.
