Oversized Bottom Bracket Addict
In order to best manage power transfer our engineers developed a down tube and bottom bracket intersection that is the widest of any road bike currently on the market. The wide cross section and smooth transitions better manage loads and yield a laterally robust structure which increases pedaling efficiency by effectively delivering power to the drivetrain rather than losing it to unwanted frame flex.

The Addict RC dropouts are designed to be integrated on the thru-axle system thanks to a hollow tube design that allows a simple and lightweight structure.

Z tego powodu wybieramy najbardziej zaawansowane włókna węglowe na rynku, a następnie intensywnie korzystamy ze specjalnych narzędzi, takich jak oprogramowanie FEA (analiza elementów skończonych), aby odwzorować układ włókien węglowych.
Dzięki oprogramowaniu FEA możemy symulować różne siły na wirtualnym modelu ramy i odpowiednio dostosować konstrukcję ramy. Oprogramowanie FEA umożliwia nam tworzenie kompletnych wirtualnych prototypów uwzględniających wszystkie zjawiska fizyczne występujące w rzeczywistym środowisku.
Dzięki naszej technologii Evo-Lap modelujemy ramę w celu optymalizacji powierzchni, symulujemy struktury rur o różnych orientacjach warstw, obserwujemy wyniki stosowania różnych konfiguracji i testujemy rozkład naprężeń w różnych obszarach ramy. Dzięki temu rozległemu modelowaniu komputerowemu zoptymalizowaliśmy warstwy karbonu we wszystkich częściach naszej ramy. Kiedy części zostały połączone ze sobą w pierwszych prototypach, rezultatem była super lekka i kompaktowa rama bez poświęcania sztywności, komfortu lub odporności na uderzenia.
