For me No shortcuts means that you can't cheat yourself. When you are training or racing you have go for broke, you can't take a " shortcut " that will make it easier.

I like chilling on my phone and watching sports.
Favorite place to ride (or run or ski depending of your sport)
For riding it's my home trails in the south of France, Luberon is a good place for road and mtb. But during winter I am in love with the Alps where I ski a ton.
