The SCOTT SUB Tour 40 Wave E‑Bike delivers a confident, dynamic riding experience in an urban‑ready package. Its low step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting effortless.
Powered by a Bosch Performance motor and a removable 540Wh battery, the bike provides smooth, natural‑feeling acceleration and ample range for any city adventure. The belt‑driven drivetrain ensures quiet, low-maintenance power delivery, while multiple assist modes let you tailor the ride to your needs—whether you’re heading to the office, grabbing coffee with friends, or cruising past traffic jams. Maintenance is further reduced thanks to the internal gear hub which extends service intervals.
An adjustable stem lets you customize your fit for a comfortable upright posture or a sportier riding position, and it includes an SP connection that securely mounts your phone for hands‑free navigation, keeping directions in clear view.
The rear rack supports up to 30kg and is compatible with Racktime SNAPIT 2.0 and KID'n’CARRY systems, making it a real cargo workhorse. Even more, the front light is positioned on the fork to free up space for a front basket, giving you extra carrying flexibility.

BELT AND NEXUS INTERNAL GEARED HUB
SUB features a belt-driven drivetrain and Shimano Nexus internal gear hub. This is the perfect combination for minimal maintenance, less noise and longer durability. A belt drive works without oil, meaning it needs to be replaced less often, no more getting dirty and no rust on the chain – a win-win-win situation!The Shimano Nexus hub shifts smoothly and, as it is protected in the hub housing the gear, it is easier to maintain.

With diverse needs in mind, we have designed the bike’s geometry with two frame shapes, a more classic frame and a low step-through called “wave”, which is easier to mount and dismount. Pick the one that fits best suits you.
