Winter 2017-2018:
My winter never ends! I am sure june and maybe July will bring many cool steep descents. Until now my season was quite interesting. I have started in November to ski couloir in west couloir Silberplatten, always nice for the first turns, then I made the first descent of Männliflue north face (Bern Oberland), it was a descent I spotted for long time. In January I skied the Schiesshorn (Grisons) west face first descent, it the big face just over Arosa, that made big chronicle in Arosa people were super surprised people could ski that. Then I skied the East couloir of Mürtschenstock (Glarus), it seams the first descent too but I haven't communicated about cause I didn't checked but it was in a "quite zone". Then I made the first descent of the big north face of Vorab Glarner (Glarus), it's the impressive face just over Elm, last year I made the first descent of the west face with my mate Adelin Favre. In march I skied with my friend Michal Dzian the first descent of the Chüpfenflue north face (Grisons), at the third attempt due too hard avalanche conditions. In April I ski at the second attempt the super technical Tiejer Flue north face (Grisons) also a first ski descent, a true exposed face were I had to abseil on my Riot 18" pole! With this descent I complete my trilogy of first descent ( Schiesshorn, Tiejer Flue and Chüpfenflue are The 3 big face between Arosa And Davos). For my birthday on 20 April I skied the Monte Leone North face wich is a rare in condition 300m high face in Simplon Pass. After two weeks of exploration in Peruvian Amazonia I still hope to ski some project in Bernina and Simplon area. Keep going!
