A classic cross-country tour to get a feel for your riding level so that you can be placed in the right group. Expect a beautiful scenic tour of the area with great views, finishing with a descent of the famous "Canyon track".
We will be riding in our new trail area on the freshest tracks. Monte Arsenti offers many different enduro trail options and fantastic panoramas. Depending on the group level, we will choose easy or more challenging enduro trails.
A beautiful tour through the most typical landscapes of our region: the cypress tree alley of Moris Farms, a fire road with a breath-taking panoramic view of the coast, vineyards and olive groves and the single trails weaving through the southern part of Massa Marittima.
Today we will be riding along forest paths and gravel roads through beautiful landscapes down to the sea.
We’ll discover the scenic trails of the Cala Violina nature reserve, riding towards a picnic spot directly on the beach. After a picnic lunch, there will be time for a refreshing dip in the sea if you feel so inclined, before completing the tour on the panoramic coastal trail to the harbor of Puntone. From here, we shuttle back to Massa.
Today’s special itinerary starts with a shuttle to the ferry port of Piombino, where the bikes will be loaded onto the ferry. After a 1-hour crossing, we disembark in Portoferraio on the island of Elba and get back on the saddle. The initial ascent is rewarded with panoramic views and two descent options. We will take the easier trail and stay relatively high above sea level to capitalize on the breath-taking views. The overall route should tick the boxes for both easy-going riders and ambitious athletic types.
Consider this last tour the dessert of the week, as you ride the best single trails in our trail network. A wonderful tour for advanced riders, although options are available to simplify the route. The Canyon is a favorite among our guests – a trail not to be missed!
