The SCOTT Riders Club is our community platform. As a SCOTT Riders Club member, you'll enjoy access to exclusive benefits such as the Crash Replacement Program, discounts at events, bike parks, SCOTT test centers, riding camps, and with travel partners.
Welcome to the SCOTT family!
How do you become a member?
You become a SCOTT Riders Club member when you purchase a SCOTT bike worth at least €2,000 / CHF, register the bike and sign up using the “Join the Club” button. As a welcome gift, you will receive a welcome package and a discount voucher for the SCOTT online store.
The Welcome Package
As a new SCOTT Riders Club member, you'll receive a welcome package after your sign-up is complete. It consists of a SCOTT Riders Club water bottle, a Syncros bottle cage and an exclusive SCOTT key ring.
Crash Replacement Program
If your SCOTT bike sustains irreparable damage in the event of a crash and the frame becomes unusable, you have the option of having it replaced under special conditions.
As the first owner of the bike, you can take advantage of this service for up to three years after purchasing the bike. Depending on the date of purchase, SCOTT will offer you the following discounts on purchasing a replacement bike:
- In the first year after the date of purchase, a 50% discount is offered on the official retail price.
- In the second year after purchase, a 30% discount.
- In the third year after purchase, a 20% discount.
