Biography:
I am an endurance athlete based out of Central, Idaho, which is located in the heart of the mountains in the United States. I am the owner, coach, and licenced guide for GOAT Adventures LLC. When not racing or coaching I host Technical Mountain running camps in the mountains of Central, Idaho. I enjoy participating in the local running community and expanding knowledge on ultra running. Training focus is dedicated to trail running and more specifically toward ultra-marathon running. The longer distances and races are something that I have always enjoyed, which has resulted in a lot of high level races around the world from 50k technical mountain races to 100-mile endurance races.
