ULTRAKS, a lifetime of memories
For the third time, SCOTT Running has been supporting the Matterhorn Ultraks, to grow this event to a reference in the Skyrunning world.
This years, it gifted over 1 700 participants with an experience of a lifetime. All races, from the VZR (Vertical Zermatt Rothorn), 16k, 30k, and the 46k, host of the second to last stage of the Skyrunner World Sky Series, offered stunning views of the Matterhorn under shining sun and clear skies.
The Scott athletes had come earlier to take advantage of the area and gather for fun times together.
Excitement and friendship was tangible between the athletes who share the same passion for Skyrunning despite different cultures, nationalities, and sponsors.
And even after the race was launched, emotions remained full on higher up in the mountains around Zermatt

After their races, Scott runners gathered back at the heart of Zermatt. Good times were shared as they cheered on all runners coming in and blended in with the crowd, inspiring even the youngest talents.
