By participating in this sweepstakes, the following Terms and Conditions are automatically accepted:

There’s no limit to the number of submissions.
The contest runs September 15 to October 9, 10am (2016).
Late submissions will not be taken into account, regardless of the reason.
The winner will be contacted through his personal Instagram account unless she/he participates in the event where the winner is announced.
14 days after the winning notification, if no answer has been received the right to receive the prize will be lost and, at SCOTT Sports’ discretion, a new winner will be drawn among the remaining participants.
All entrants must hold exclusive rights to the photographs they submit and by entering are claiming such ownership. If it is determined an entrant has fraudulently claimed ownership of their submission, the entry will immediately become void and ineligible.
By entering a submission, entrants are granting SCOTT Sports perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive rights to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of their entry.

When reproduced, all photographs will be credited to the entrant when possible. SCOTT Sports will not be required to pay for, or seek approval for, any and all usage of photographic submissions.

Only persons older than 18 years old may participate. Employees from SCOTT Sports, its subsidiaries and any person who has taken part in the conception and implementation of this sweepstake may not participate.
The prizes of the sweepstakes are 5 SCOTT Cadence Plus helmets (white). Statutory Warranty law is applicable to the prize. There exists no take back obligation. The prize is strictly personal and may not be assigned. A cash payment is not possible.
Any compensation obligation from SCOTT, its directors, employees and agents directly or indirectly in connection with the sweepstakes, regardless the reason, is excluded for cases of willful or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that his/her name and his/her submission may be used for advertising purposes, without remuneration.
All legal action is excluded.
