The BOA® Fit System dials and laces are guaranteed for the lifetime of the product on which they are integrated.

Designed for rugged mountain terrain, the SCOTT outsole offers excellent grip and traction.

Sticki rubber compound offers the best traction for all conditions.

The Anatomic Centering Strap automatically aligns the top strap with the instep of the foot. A low profile adjustment for high-to-low volume feet.

Our high-end road and mountain bike shoes all come with an anatomically designed, adjustable insole. Foot zoning allows us to consider the anatomical shape of the foot and ergonomically pre-shape our insoles for a perfect fit to support the cyclist's foot. This provides a stable foundation for improved comfort and power transfer. The SCOTT modular footbed allows for adjustments to the rider’s individual needs and preferences with two different volume arch and metatarsal pads for medium- and low-volume feet.

The footbed is designed to maximize performance and comfort:

• METATARSAL PAD: Reduces forefoot numbness and evenly distributes pressure
• ARCH ADJUSTMENT: Allows for correct foot alignment and adjusts for individual arch geometry and fit

“The Scott BOA shoe is built around a wide last that gives you a really relaxed fit with tons of room in the toe, which is nicely curved up for the right riding position. Topping that off is a customizable ErgoLogic insole that lets you alter the amount of arch and metatarsal support via small Velcro-attachable inserts.

There’s a little bit of flex in the sole and the lugs are rubbery and tacky so walking about in the Elites is easy, and there’s even some grip on the centre of the sole to grip if you mis-time the cleat engagement.

“First things first: the black and orange Elite BOAs look sporty enough to fit in on the start line of a pro level cross-country race, but don't let the racey appearance fool you because they are more comfortable than any ultra stiff and ultra light race shoe we've ever worn, at least in most ways.

Their soles are quite a bit more flexible than a true race shoe, and that makes them easy to walk in with minimal heel lift when you can't quite pedal to the top, and the ' Sticki rubber' lugs really are sticky - we easily strolled up rock slopes in Sedona that had us sliding around like we were on roller blades when wearing other shoes.
