In a relatively flat stage sprinter Matt Goss almost crashes at the finish but through what he describes as 'pure luck' holds it together and avoids injury. With spirits high early on in the day with a pre race sing along, the team rode on the front for most of the day and successfully held the maillot jaune for stage 6.
