3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation (Type C) is warm yet lightweight, powerful yet thin. It helps trap body heat, while allowing moisture to escape. The original warmth without bulk insulation. Inch for inch no insulation keeps you warmer than Thinsulate™ Insulation. When you compare equal thicknesses, Thinsulate™ Insulation provides up to twice the warmth of other high-loft insulating materials and nearly one and a half times the warmth of down.
